Good people. Real talent. Great energy. That's what The Z Community is all about. I started this to build a stage where every voice matters — whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping up for the very first time. Come perform, connect, and be part of something special.
Registration
Only 10 slots available — grab yours before it's gone!
By registering for The Z Community Open Mic Night ("the Event"), you agree to participate in accordance with these terms. Participation is subject to slot availability. The organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any registration at their sole discretion.
Each performer is allocated a 10-minute performance slot. Performers must arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM on 13th June 2025. Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of your slot without refund.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including personal reasons, illness, travel issues, or change of mind. In the unlikely event the organizer cancels the event, credit toward a future event may be offered at the organizer's discretion.
By registering and participating, you grant The Z Community and its representatives a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, photograph, film, and capture your performance and likeness. You grant the right to use, edit, publish, distribute, and promote such recordings across all media channels — including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, and websites — without further consent or compensation.
You confirm that your performance is your original work. You retain ownership of your original content while granting The Z Community the rights described above. The Z Community will not claim authorship of your original creative work.
All participants must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment. Content that is discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or offensive may be stopped mid-performance. The organizer's decision is final.
You participate at your own risk. The Z Community, its organizers, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft during the Event. You agree to waive any claims arising from your participation.
Your slot is confirmed only after manual verification of your payment screenshot by the organizer (Aditya). You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once payment is verified. Do not make duplicate payments.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
